Speed Bench: 100x10x3 + mini bands choked around 2 sets of DB
Set 2, 3, 9, and 10

This is what I am most proud about. My old bench 1RM is 200lb. Today, I was planning on doing a tested bench for 1 rep at 90%, which is 180. I figured that 185 was easier to load on the bar, so I did. That's 92.5% of my old max.

Anyway, I did one rep and started to rack the weight. Then, since it was so easy, I decided to do it again. And again a third time. So, I did 185 for a triple after I had already done my speed sets.

Here's the video.
Tested Bench: 185x3 - big PR.

Speed Clean and Press - still need work on my form with these
105x6x1 - 10lb PR
Set 1, 3, and 6

V Bar Pull downs: 90x3x15
BB Rows: 105x2x15 - 10lb PR
DB Powercleans: 35'sx1x15 - 5lb each hand PR
Straight bar tricep press downs: 110x1x20 - 10lb PR

I just love all those little PRs. And that 185 triple made my night.

great job on the workout.

for your clean form, the first part of the lift is a deadlift, now i know you wouldnt deadlift with your legs straight and a round back, so dont start your PC that way. The rest will take time and watchign lots of vids, ive been cleaning for 5 years and my form still isnt perfect.

BTW, who was that in the red and white shirt with black pants, she looked pretty good in the vid :D

Your lifts are increasing on a regular basis. I like that! Keep it up.
 
wow, your bench form looks like it got ALOT better

not to mention you are getting strong as hell
