10 Years of Natural Lifting, Input Appreciated

Hey guys, new to this forum.

I'm 30, 5'9 190 lbs, my bf is somewhere between 16-19%. I have a good shape, big chest, shoulders back, nice size arms.

BUT

little definition.

I will maintain my recent regime of 40 min CARDIO post lifting, and clean eating. its already working, but I want to really cut up for the first time in my life.

Here's what im thinking:

Test p (low water retention, high test concentration)
w/ AI
Annavar
followed by PCT

I'm already 'big' for my height, i don't need to look bigger or I will be a square lol I just wanna SEE THE MUSCLE IVE WORKED TO CREATE

Any objections to this simple, first time cycle? if I only want to gain another 10-15 lb of muscle, and get LEAN, what amounts do you guys recommend?

bro, you are not BIG for your height lol.....big would be 250 lbs at 5'9" no offense. How much test are you running per week? how much anavar? what does your PCT look like? you really aren't giving us much to work with. Also, what AI are you using.
 
I'm only an inch taller, 190 and 9% bf and I still don't look like I lift.. I look athletic but not big my any means..

Also at 16-19% bf there isn't a whole lot of muscle and tell me that your diet is off..

In regards to how much test p and annavar, this is why im posting my friend. I'm looking to see what the community thinks are good amounts as a first cycle, if they are looking to contribute, read my post.

it sounds good for a first cycle, if decade feels like he's big then he's g2g in my books. not everyone can look like jay curler (including me and trust me I've been trying for years lol)

He did read you post...and you should know that he's one of the most knowledgable guys on the board...

His point was to propose a cycle and the guys who have been around the block can give it some critique....

I'd agree that you diet probably needs a bit of work.....let's start with that, post you typical day's diet...

Hey Bro. Have you researched cycle lengths and typical dosages for the compounds you are looking to use? I like the coumpounds you have selected to reach your goal. If you search either using EF's search option or even google specifying the compounds, cycle length and dosage i.e Test Prop 8 week dosage ... then you'll be able to put together a cycle. Try putting it together, post it on here and then we all on here will have a look and change, tweak and all sorts it for you all the way explaining why so you learn even more. :biggrin:
