Hey guys, new to this forum.
I'm 30, 5'9 190 lbs, my bf is somewhere between 16-19%. I have a good shape, big chest, shoulders back, nice size arms.
BUT
little definition.
I will maintain my recent regime of 40 min CARDIO post lifting, and clean eating. its already working, but I want to really cut up for the first time in my life.
Here's what im thinking:
Test p (low water retention, high test concentration)
w/ AI
Annavar
followed by PCT
I'm already 'big' for my height, i don't need to look bigger or I will be a square lol I just wanna SEE THE MUSCLE IVE WORKED TO CREATE
Any objections to this simple, first time cycle? if I only want to gain another 10-15 lb of muscle, and get LEAN, what amounts do you guys recommend?
