How are you supposed to drop fat and get cut with EQ if it is making you so hungry and you need to eat an above average level of cals to get the best results?
Zero. I have tried Eq several times, and did it all correctly. Long cycles, ate good, ect. Never got shit out of it. I really think I get more out of a vitamin C.
