Not the really serious injury like a pec tear but a tendinitis for example
Should you stop all weight training ?
Only perform exercises that don't cause any pain ?
Just use low weights ?
and how long to wait before hitting the iron with full intensity again ?
Common sense should make us stay away from the gym until fully recovered but who's that resaonable and wise ?
