1 month before/after pics...feel free to critique

So, I've been hiding out in the women's forums for the past few weeks and have come to the conclusion that this site houses some of the most kick a$$ people i've never met. (of course did have the pleasure of meeting sassy69 at the gym) ;)

About 4 weeks ago I kicked off a serious diet/workout regimen ('serious' is an understatement)....feel free to read up on my goals and such from my original thread. http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?t=379545

I've been busting serious booty in the gym both am/pm over the past 4 weeks and really eating clean...would love to hear advice/critique. Thanks so much!

That is a great job in only 30 days.. Good work and keep us posted..
 
That is amazing progress in just 4 weeks. I'm impressed at how well you've slimmed down through the waist/hip area... difficult for women to do that quickly. That shows definite hard work and dedication. Your biceps haven't quite up with the rest of your growth yet, but that will change soon. Please keep posting your progress. KEEP KILLING THAT SHIT!!
