1-AD Pictures comparing weeks 0-2-4

This is my 4 week update and the last picture will be my 6 week update(in 2 weeks). I took everyones advice that claimed it was fat that I was gaining, so I cut down the carbs and didn't shove junk food down my throat. The results, I gained 10lbs over my week 2 picture however it's a leaner 10lbs.

Give it a glance and suggestions are welcome. (Like what's lackin behind, Criticism)

1st pic (1 day pre-cycle)

You can definetly see an improvement from 1-6 but it is hard to size any size gains from 4-6. You look slightly more defined in 6 I guess.
 
Yeah check out the rib cage area, along with my shoulders and chest(from 2 to 4). Those are the ones that improved over the last time. Also my legs blew up just the same, so that's where some of the weight went to.

20lbs is a lot of extra weight to carry around all day.
 
I just have to keep up my diet after I quit. I find 1-AD makes me eat a lot more then without. As of now I believe I'm not gaining any more weight.
 
how's it affecting your sleeping pattern? i'm noticing that i'm sleeping a lot more, granted i'm only on my second week but that kinda impacts my ability to get up for work at 5:30 like i used to..now it's 6:30, sometimes 7:30...no matter how loud the alarm is or how many (3) go off i just turn them off and go back to my bed. :(

nice gains, the defnition definitely seems to have improved. and you look a lot fuller throughout.
 
I've noticed I need far more sleep as well. Getting up in the AM is a lot harder, it's like I get a deeper sleep (or it could be less sleep) and it takes me forever to wake up.
I'm on about 9 hours a night of sleep and that seems to be working for me.

My sex drive on week 5 seems to have tripled! I can't explain it, all I know is that I'm sporting wood by just looking at a chick. I can only say that 4-AD is doing that for me, as my last 2 cycles of 1-AD haven't done that.

2 more weeks and then I'm off, I figure I'll lose about 10lbs of it. And hopefully lean out and hold the rest.
 
it's weird, i'm like a half insomniac...i won't get tired till 1 am or so and then i'll wake up all ready to go at about 6:30 am...and i can still get hard looking at my stash of Hawk ;)

it also seems like i have a lot more energy too, 'cept at 1:00 pm then i get all tired and shit gotta take power naps and what not...oh well, the stuff seems to be working pretty good for me i'm noticing that i'm getting a lot fuller in the arms, shoulders and back...i wish i took pics when i first started and every successive week, but i didn't...i'll start though for my own personal records.

i think i'm gonna do the 1-ad, 4-ad next...right now it's only 1-ad.

i'm doing 300mg a day...should i bump it up you think?
 
R u going to run any type of anti e when ur done, just asking cause i was on an andro cycle this summer and it shut me down hard for about a month and a half b4 my test levels got back to what i feel were the normal levels...might be something to look into...good gains tho bro, keep it up
