1-AD Pictures comparing weeks 0-2-4

This is my 4 week update and the last picture will be my 6 week update(in 2 weeks). I took everyones advice that claimed it was fat that I was gaining, so I cut down the carbs and didn't shove junk food down my throat. The results, I gained 10lbs over my week 2 picture however it's a leaner 10lbs.

Give it a glance and suggestions are welcome. (Like what's lackin behind, Criticism)

1st pic (1 day pre-cycle)
2nd pic (2 weeks @ 185lbs)
3rd pic (4 weeks @ 195lbs)

You can definetly see an improvement from 1-6 but it is hard to size any size gains from 4-6. You look slightly more defined in 6 I guess.
 
Yeah check out the rib cage area, along with my shoulders and chest(from 2 to 4). Those are the ones that improved over the last time. Also my legs blew up just the same, so that's where some of the weight went to.

20lbs is a lot of extra weight to carry around all day.
 
I just have to keep up my diet after I quit. I find 1-AD makes me eat a lot more then without. As of now I believe I'm not gaining any more weight.
 
how's it affecting your sleeping pattern? i'm noticing that i'm sleeping a lot more, granted i'm only on my second week but that kinda impacts my ability to get up for work at 5:30 like i used to..now it's 6:30, sometimes 7:30...no matter how loud the alarm is or how many (3) go off i just turn them off and go back to my bed. :(

nice gains, the defnition definitely seems to have improved. and you look a lot fuller throughout.
 
I've noticed I need far more sleep as well. Getting up in the AM is a lot harder, it's like I get a deeper sleep (or it could be less sleep) and it takes me forever to wake up.
I'm on about 9 hours a night of sleep and that seems to be working for me.

My sex drive on week 5 seems to have tripled! I can't explain it, all I know is that I'm sporting wood by just looking at a chick. I can only say that 4-AD is doing that for me, as my last 2 cycles of 1-AD haven't done that.

2 more weeks and then I'm off, I figure I'll lose about 10lbs of it. And hopefully lean out and hold the rest.
 
it's weird, i'm like a half insomniac...i won't get tired till 1 am or so and then i'll wake up all ready to go at about 6:30 am...and i can still get hard looking at my stash of Hawk ;)

it also seems like i have a lot more energy too, 'cept at 1:00 pm then i get all tired and shit gotta take power naps and what not...oh well, the stuff seems to be working pretty good for me i'm noticing that i'm getting a lot fuller in the arms, shoulders and back...i wish i took pics when i first started and every successive week, but i didn't...i'll start though for my own personal records.

i think i'm gonna do the 1-ad, 4-ad next...right now it's only 1-ad.

i'm doing 300mg a day...should i bump it up you think?
 
R u going to run any type of anti e when ur done, just asking cause i was on an andro cycle this summer and it shut me down hard for about a month and a half b4 my test levels got back to what i feel were the normal levels...might be something to look into...good gains tho bro, keep it up

I have a ton more energy then before, but my sleep suffers.
I take 700mg a day of 1-AD (2 pills 3x a day and 1 right before bed)
I spray 4-AD 12 times 2x a day.

Take pics, if for nothing more then when you judge yourself you're never as big as you think. At least you can see the before and after.

I agree %100 the first 1-AD cycle I blew up to 185lbs but crashed hard back to 170lbs. (took nothing)

My Second cycle I got up to 195lbs and used anti E's and stayed at 185lbs solid.

Then I slacked off in the summer and didn't eat shit and dropped to 175lbs(first pic) I'm up to 200lbs right now and should reach 205lbs by the end of the cycle. I have Arimidex for post and a ton of Tribulus, and I think I have a few tabs of Clomid kickin around. I basically keep 10lbs from each 1-AD cycle. I'm hoping to stay 195lbs as I like being this size.

im going into week 5--i just ordered some trib to take post w/ the 6oxo--just wondering if anyone has a suggested dose for rib post 1-ad--i have read the posts so i know how much 6oxo to take--thanks
 
69Muscle, I see that you have hit week 6? Are you going to stop now? Have you noticed any sides? I am considering going on it, but I am still worried about testicle atrophy and a post cycle crash.
 
Prohormones don't cause your nuts to shrink. That only happens over long term usage of steroidal agents. Also.. try tapering the andro to help avoid the crash.

Yes Today (as in Sunday I take my last pills. As for sides, just the normal ones. Tried, libido which I have Arimidex and Trib for post.

I posted my week 6 pics, and I'll continue to update it as the weeks progress.

The entire cycle cost me $250. Which included 5 bottles of 1-AD, 2 bottles of 4-AD and a bucket of protien powder.


As for strength gains... My max last year was 250lbs and now my max this year is 280lbs. But I basically went from working out with 185lbs to 225lbs for 3 sets of 10 reps.

Legs, bi's everything got stronger and harder.

Hey bro, how did the wheels come along during this time?

I'm fortunate in that my quads and calves respond very well (I think this runs in the family) to even small amounts of training. So I;m hoping to add some nice size to them during my cycle.
 
SUCKS! I mean they turned out good, but now they f'ing rub on my inner thigh while I walk. I feel like a fat chick, i dunno i'm not used to that feeling of the legs rubbing together. My calves don't respond well to training so I think they look the same. But strength went up in the legs the same as all over the body.

Yeah did you check out week 6 pic?

Total peak weight was 205. 2 weeks later I've lost 7lbs so far out of almost 35lbs. I'm on Arimidex for post.

I'll be taking a pic next week to update that sight.

Sheeeeesh its expensive!

Be interested in an update...I get easily dicouraged if I feel like my gains are futile and dont last.

Hey, what with all these chems being outlawed soon, does anyone know how long the expiry dates on 1AD r?

I got a bottle kept from my last cycle and there's nothing on it to say (it is ergopharm). Would it be worth buying in a stack of the stuff b4 its all gone from the shelves?! I'll do it if t date on them is a year or something :)

I'll have an updated pic this thursday. My weight is stable at 195lbs for now. Although I'm suffering from a massive head cold right now. So i'm hoping I won't lose too much weight.

As for what I ate, pretty much anything I could get my hands on along with the shakes. I took a week off after my cycle from the gym just because I was going so hard at it all the time I needed a rest. My arms and shoulders feel so much better now. Tonight I hit the gym again.

And the shelf life on 1-AD (I asked PA) and he said a couple years should be fine.

it looks like your gains have stuck pretty good. Even so I only just realised that you actually gained like 35lbs on that cycle!!!! Thats one heck of a ridiculous amount! I could see the water retention and maybe a bit more fat, but it looks great...

Think Im gonna give that a try later on in the year

If you are gonna do the same as 69muscle, you should buy up the supplies now. He used transdermal (spray-on) 4-AD, and most manufacturers have discontinued production of them (to include Avant Labs and Ergopharm).

So if I were you I would buy it up from another retail place like www.dpsnutrition.com before they run out.

So far the gains have still stuck which I'm pretty happy about. I still think there's at least 10lbs of water and fat on here so the gains won't be so good once I start cutting.
