Had a nice 3 day vacation away from home to help get stuff organized at my deceased Mother In Laws house. So now its back to the grind. Going to go 3 days in a row of lifting and then 3 days off. Just going to do what ever feels good. Basically a few weeks off with just getting the muscles worked. Will be starting a lean bulk in Mid Sept and will go all the way til years end. Going to try and min fat gain to about 5 lbs max. Will be on low dose GH as well as 1000mg Test and 800mg Deca. I will also have dbol in hand if needed towards the end. Ok everyone have a nice week ahead and get Strong AF!!!
