I agree with hard working and brains, but I have to admit I like a certain amount of arrogance. There is a fine line thou and if crossed the guy turns into an asshole.

I don't think Glad falls into the asshole category at all.

My statement wasn't exactly directed at Glad. I was just making an opinion on what turns me off with guys. Sure looks are nice, but they certainly aren't the most important.

Why do you act cocky on the internet? I don't get why people have to act differently on the internet. It's a good thing you don't have a cocky attitude irl then it will get you further. It's one thing to be confident, but another to be cocky.

I used to work at Chili's (loooong time ago).....good training....but they only gave us 3 tables in a section - so the money sucked balls.

lol we have now what we call "team service"

we have 7-8 tables per zone, but there are 2 ppl in a zone. That is ur partner and u have to do everything in ur zone together. So even if its not ur table u still have to refill every tables drinks, seat them, etc
