i didn't read any of the responses in the thread past the first page, but
if you're not attracted to her, don't hit it. there's no rule that says you have to have sex with average looking girls (unless your name is lestat).
maybe she's better off as a friend.
female friends are pretty valuable if they're cool. as wingwomen and as a beacon to meet other chicks (i.e. their friends)
