My 10 week Mass cycle Journal. 1 November-January 2011

week 7-day 1-Arms- Today I started the week of the high rep scheme. I use this system to give my body a rest after 2 weeks going heavy. I am curious about the fact that I can acquire a better pump when doing biceps but I have always got better results in triceps. It must be genetics. I squeezed some very good weight. I tried to go 3-7kg less on each lift and aimed for 10-14 reps. No short temper until now. I have 3 days off from work so I am going to up my food intake while I am here and get better rest :)
 
week 7-day 2-Shoulders- Today was good. I have noticed that libido and appetite are increasing a lot and so I am increasing food intake. I am a little too over short tempered when surrounded by many people but im ok when I am at home or relaxing somewhere.Good to note that this morning was my best day in the mirror as goes to hardness and definition. it might be that the dianabol bloat is gone after 2 weeks.

Continue the work man!!! I'm just starting week 3 and the lower back pumps i can really feel b/c of the dbol - when did ur's cut down?? My libido is starting to go crazy - just fun now! Good job bud!!

when i stopped the dbol pumps went away immediately. shoulder workouts are a bit annoying still though. nothing painful dont worry. yeah that libido is fuckin crazy. most side effect that i felt until now.
 
week 7-day 3-Legs- Felt very good today. Reached a personal record on the squat and on traps machine. I always hit pr's on traps when I do legs since my upperbody is rested. As for acne, its visible again all over my chest. None on my back. Looking better with less bloat.
 
week 7-day 4-Chest- Good workout, no sides. I tend to notice though, that I suffer more on high reps rather than 8 reps if taking the ratio as per lifts. Maybe I am more strong on certain fibers than others. Today when I woke up I saw very noticeable stretch marks on my chest, stretch marks in the same place which I only got when i bulked up savagely last year. Good sign. No gyno still, latest case I have heard was after 6 weeks so I dont think im prone to gyno either because its me or either because of the small dosage.
 
week 7-day 5-Back- Today I was very tired at the end of a high rep week which I seem to suffer more than when I go heavy. But I looked the leaneast and best I have been throughout my cycle. I am very sore in my chest from yesterday,something very rare when im on gear.
