So nice of you zed head i am starting to really like this place 
okay here goes i will show you my meal plan simply i will be carbing big and i wont be eating carbs 6 hours before i sleep only veggies and frutis etc here goes
Meal 1 =
100g Oats, 1 Table spoon Honey, Raisins
6 egg whites 2 whole
200 grams Beef Steak
1 scoop whey isolate blended with berries
Meal 2
150-200g Brown Rice
300g Chicken
300g Fat Free Yoghurt

but yeah this is my Food routine i will be drink 5-6 litres water daily and doing cardio 3 times a week and cross training twice a week 20 minute sessions, my weight training routine changes every month so i can keep my body guessing 1 month i would do 5 times a week , 1 month i do 3 times a week amyways here you go and thanks again.
