Hi there i'm starting my hard gainer cycle coming monday it will be 12-13 weeks long my stats are

6 foot 1
229 Pounds
8% BF (dieted hard before cycle)
about to do 8th Cycle

I am an experienced user but i needed some help with some new compounds im taking like arimidex, dostinex and t3 and i needed to know how much i need to dose these 2 in my cycle which is below please advice me as much as you can i would really appreciate it im always open for opinions :)

week 1-12 Test Enanthate 750mg ew
week 1-12 Equipose 800mg ew
week 1-12 Masteron Enanthate 800mg ew
week 1-6 Trenbolone Enanthate 600mg ew

This is my entire cycle i also will hit hcg through the cycle my diet is very clean and i will be hitting cardio 3-4 times a week. Now my question is looking at my cycle and according to my doses how much dosti and adex should be used to avoid as much as water retention/unwanted fat and also not so much that it will hinder gains, my other question is about t3 which i am very confused of i dont want to take anything that will hinder my gains even slight as i will be working my ass of cooking and eating every 2 hours and training hardcore but yeah i was told of cycle t3 is anabolic at 25mcg and catabolic if more is taken and on cycle 50mg is anabolic and catabolic if more is taken ? please clear that for me and do let me know how much to run i would appreciate it. I will be drinking about 5-6 litres of water daily and will be eating alot of really helping and special fruits and veggies in my cycle etc as i said my diet is very expensive and clean lol. Also the funny thing is i exactly have 63 tabs of adrol and adrol is super effective for the first 3 weeks after that the gainings drop quite nicely so yeah just wanted to clear that but anyway please let me know asap im really excited thanks guys.
 
bro all i can say is way to many compounds such an unecassary cycle i dont even know what to think or say about this... Also you do not need to run dostinex eod for 12 weeks! wow! Talk about confusing your hormones, maybe the first 3 compounds only 1 oral and run the adex eod and thats about it......... Sorry bro but thats way overboard imho.........
 
yes sony190 i can understand your concern and i am thankful, but honestly i have ran a simillar cycle twice before i even used halotestin i dotn get liver toxic that much i always check my values after a cycle and they are fine sometime just slightly high i am running these compounds as i have experimented with all of the injectables and they all do something different again i appreciate your ardvice but i would even more appreciate it if i could get heads up on my questions and soem advice for this cycle i have everything on hand i literally feeling taking drol now i love it haha but only 2 days to go :D so i will be patient

HOLY SH*T bro!! That is WAY WAY to freaking large a cycle!!!!

I don't even know what to say to that..? Almost 4 gms of gear + orals...

I can say is don't! No really, don't do it!!
 
lol sorry for shocking you guys on my previous cycle kidna simillar i gained close to 30 pounds and lost about 4-5 during pct which was water . Okay arimidex at 1mg eod wont hinder my gains ?, dostinex .5mg monday and thursday or 1mg i was advised to hit 1mg due to my use of high dose tren, then again your the judge and finally in this cycle what is the maximum amount of t3 i can take that wont be catabolic and stop me from gaining. Finally believe it or not my previous previous cycle i didnt run any ai only pct but on that cycle i put on an ass load of water i wasnt even using masteron just adrol, sust, deca and tren ace in the beginning luckily i only did tren a for 4 weeks as i started to feel problems then i stopped and i recovered perfectly during pct.
 
If you're a hard gainer, why are you using clen and T3?

You may be experienced but your experience has been doing it wrong.

I dont like hcg either bro lol sorry......

Not trying to bash the original poster, but this is just plain wrong.

The proposed cycle is ridiculous.

The claimed 30 pound gain on a previous cycle of similar size is questionable.

I am all for helping each other out, that is what EF is about. However I think we'd be doing a disservice by implying this kind of AAS use is acceptable.

Would like to see your diet, but I think you should consider these ideas.
Do not eat more then 5-6 meals per day. If you do your are making youreself a blast furnace for calories. You in your case need to eat really big meals, as much food per sitting as you can stand. This will help to slow your metabolism. Allow yourself 2 shakes per day, but each shake needs to have in it, 1 Tbs olive oil. 1Tbs natty penut butter. 4 scoops protien and mix with whole milk.
Carry a baggie of nuts with you all day every day and eat them all you want.
Carry a baggie with a couple of hard boiled eggs in it. Eat at least 2/day.
Your breakfast needs to be massive. At least 6 eggs, bacon or sausage, 4 pcs whole grain toast or pancakes or waffles. You get the idea, YOU NEED TO EAT A SHIT LOAD OF FOOD BRO!
Lunch huge too.
Dinner the same, but between 6:00 and 7:00 at night, the later the better.
Dont be afraid to eat pretty much whatever you want. If you really are a hard gainer youre not gonna get fat.
Post up your work out. For you LESS IS MORE! Again you need to slow down your metabolism.

I hope you will post back on this so that we can help you out and hopefully convince you to be nicer to yourself and not do that cycle.

i agree with Zed, i am probably twice your age if not more and i look better than most guys running multipiple compounds,you're using way too much gear, thats only the icing on the cake ,

you need nutrients to pour the gas on the fire!

I predict using those cycles for an extended peroid of time will only give you health problems down the road!

B. are young
C. dont know how to train hard
D. all of the above

I also dont understand how you have this many cycles under your belt yet are still seeking others advice. you should be giving us advice with all that experience. you should of learned from trial and error.

also how can you afford all these compounds for every cycle? i'm thinkin you are pulling our legs with this thread.

im not pulling anyones legs my mother left me 3 properties before she died plus i have a job my cycle cost me 400 pounds, i decided to increase test e to a gram ew ill remove prop also yes after this cycle i will be around here helping out others as much as i can i love this place everyone is so helpful. I started using gear when i was 16 my first 2 cycles were very mild then from the age of 18 they started increasing compunds wise my most expensive cycle was when i was 21 i did a cutter using primo at a gram per week, test prop 100mg eod, anavar 100mg ed and near the end winstrol depo 50mg ed it was amazing i was harder and more ripped then life besides the terrible primo inject pains, but yeah that cost me over a thousand pounds but i saved up the whole year. I did that cycle for 20 weeks and the funny this was i gained about close to 20 pounds of mass next to no water and my ody was like steel and recovery was sooo easy. I work very hard to maintain my gains i take my training and physique maintenance very seriously its a passion of mine so yeah no legs are being pulled here i promise from this year onwards im going to post up pics and results of my cycles to show everyone and become part of this community and hopefully soon be a platinum member to role with the big boys lol. Radar lay it out for me and im pretty sure i will like it definately give it a shot keep u updates and complete it im a perfectionist its liek when i play a ps3 game i wont get up from there till i dont complete it lol.
 
Sexy, overall your diet looks good except that you are a hard gainer. So this is not the greatest for you.
Try to drop meal 7 but condense those calories into the other 6 meals. Also drop some of the carbs and add in protien in those 6 meals.
I would totally forget the spagettie and add a meat of somekind.
You also might wanny have whole cow or goat milk at every meal.
If youre a hard gainer youre not gonna get fat.

This is killing your gains right here man. Any muscle that you are trying to build is going out your pores in sweat bro. If you are a hard gainer then you need to/must fix this.
Do the cross training and get rid of the cardio. With your weight workout (which I would like to see) that is even prolly too much. So plz post up your weight workout and dump that cardiio if you wanna get big.:)

gotcha.. starting steroids at 16 with zero experience in the gym explains a lot of your problems here.
 
gotcha too what can i say young and dumb, thanks soo much zedhead i will do that im not lactose intolerant its jsut that i dotn digest cows milk very well plus im blood type a so cows milk is a no no for me anyway lol ok yeah ill grab whole milk thanks a million :)
 
Yeah Im not good with that either, but whats done is done. I am looking at it like this, he is older now and has been jerked around by who knows who. So hopefully we can provide a better direction to the OP.
 
8%bf and you want to use T3? Im baffled. Have you ever had blood work done? If find out where you sit health wise before you did anything resembling the cycle you laid out.
 
t3 im only going to be hitting it till i finish tren..... and im only taking 25mcg a day and that is actually anabolic whilst on cycle.

Yup, put in milk or meat in place of. Feel free to add natty penutbutter too. Penut butter and jelly sandwiches, fast, easy and your case good choice.:) Whole grain bread on that.
 
Would you mind posting up your workout bro? I think we could make additions/subtractions there too. I am almost certian that you are doing way too much for hard gainer types.

okay meal time !!! i injected 1am i usually wake up at 10am but i woke up at 7 (thankyou tren) and i feel like i can eat a cow usually i feel hungry an hour after waking up (thankyou equipose) lool :D thanks again guys will keep u posted
 
t3 im only going to be hitting it till i finish tren..... and im only taking 25mcg a day and that is actually anabolic whilst on cycle.

That may be but you have more shit in your system than your body will likely be able to make use of. Id bet your gains on half the gear would be just as good and a lot easier on your body.
 
awesome found a new place to inject my traps went in smooth no pain no nothing probably because my traps are kinda big lol but yeah woohoo its all going great insomnia has kicked in i sleep twice a day 4+4 hours lol, no water retention as of yet i had 7 litres of water yesterday almost puked lol so bloat is a nono plus hitting dosti and adex ofcourse eating extremely clean no cheating no simple carbs only on sunday i may think about hitting a subway or something (maybe) strength in kicking in nicely i did 170 kilos on my shoulders yesterday and i have never done more than 160 and today i squatted 230 kilos but only 7 times couldnt manage the 8th but yeah will keep u posted :)
