So yeah basically my fault long weekend and being trying to study as much as possible...(wasn't much)
So cycle update I'm on my last week of Epi @ 75mgs got 2 weeks left katana at 650mgs. Today marks week 3 of test e cycle and I'm happy to say I finally got pinning down right! (took me long enough) It seems besides the fact that I was pinning with a straw, I was hitting my quads way to low. I actually took a 26g to my traps today did half a ml into each went smooth as fawk...hope I dint regret it later. My right quad is not swollen anymore but it's still sore and I don't have full ROM yet almost tho. Which dampers my plan of starting t3 and Helios this week as I want to take full advantage of them with cardio so I'll rest the leg up for this whole week and I'll start up next Monday
Weight is at 228 I'm up 11lbs! But look way leaner than when I started the epi/katana has done it's job at cutting me up rather well. Oh and lastly forma is at 4 pumps a day now just for estro control. Haven't been following my new routine cause of my stupid leg so I've just been doing individual body parts I go traps and delts in about 20mins then all day at class.
