I did 395x5 last night. I did 395x4 last week because i was using straps. I used chalk last night and felt WAY stronger, felt like i could do 3 more.
Anyway is it ok if i jump to 415 and not 405, my buddy didnt have to repeat 395 like i did and i wanna stay with him, but i dont wanna stall either. Idk if 10lbs is much of a difference to stall anyway. Thanks guys
