They don't make you big, the Iron does

On response to a guy who had some life problems lately and afraid of sounding like a "pussy": You don't sound like a pussy at all. You sound like a normal human being, just like me, who thankfully has a barbell to keep him sane when things get shitty...and realize that one workout out of thousands does not affect your overall progress. Training is a process, not the events of one day .Take for instance My opinion about barbell rows is as follows: fuck barbell rows. Really. Fuck them. Stop wasting time worrying about barbell rows and get your deadlift up to 500. By then you'll have your own opinion and you won't have to worry about mine.

i just recently ran a 6 week cycle of test suspension... ate plenty even though it did set my appetite back a bit... i gained about 5lbs on... however... i did not PR on any of the big 3 lifts for the length of the cycle... when i came off i lost the 5lbs but found myself much leaner than before, so i gained some muscle...
now in the last month post cycle i have been able to eat more, gained 8lbs, and have PR's in ALL my lifts...
...steriods are not the 'be all end all' they are made out to be...
 
iron, protein, rest. the weights tear the muscles apart. The protein come in and goes, Ok I'll fix you, but with more muscle while you rest. Good boy. AAS just speeds this up.
 
steroids are amazing. i think their is abuse (and yes by people on this board). Insane doses and long ass cycles are not needed. short little blasts are the way to go

but yea u have to work hard to get gains. you can tell the people that juice and dont work hard, they look like shit


NO ppl dont abuse AAS on this board..lol..How about insane doses in short blasts..:)
