My Thoughts on steroids

Personally I love one arm dumbell rows I like to call them lawnmower pulls. I love barbell rows puts on great thickness and mass. And last but not least I love deadlifts too. Nothing like pulling 500 pounds off the floor! I love seeing them stars! Fugg the lat pulldown machine!
 
...i think their is abuse (and yes by people on this board). Insane doses and long ass cycles are not needed. short little blasts are the way to go....

Nah but agreed. Training+Diet = RESULTS.

Training+Diet+AAS = AMAZING RESULTS in a shorter time frame

But AAS+Diet with bad training or AAS+Training with crap diet will make you a walking piece of shit.
