Does anyone have any experience with B12 injections? Are they useful? I have some [ DOBETIN 5000mcg (B-12) 2ml ] - but dont know what to do with it. Is it IM or SubQ. What dosage or frequency? What injection site? Cheers gang.

It's more efficient Sub Q around the stomach area, 1000ius 3 X wk.
