Hi, im 23 years old...started working out about 3 years ago when i started i was only 130 pounds at 6'0... with the help of a few prohormone cycles i was able to get up to 160... then i did a 10 week of 400mg of test cypionate.. gained like 18 pounds but right on my PCT - post cycle therapy - I started taking this medication for add and I ended up losing a lot of weight like 12 to 14... I have not worked out for about 4 months now... Im planning n starting working out again right after im done posting this...
I want to do another cycle last time with test cypionate I did not really see any increase of strneght week 5 or 6...so this time i was planning on adding Dianabol - methandrostenolone - to help with that.. my cycle would look like hits
weeks 1-10 400mg of test (maybe sustanex)
weeks1-5 Dianabol - methandrostenolone - not sure about the dosage
weeks5-10 400mg of Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate -
during the entire cycle i will take liv52, prostacare, hathorn berry, fatty acids, multivitamins, .5 or .25mg of liquidex (arimedex). does it look ok? too much?.
Also has anyone ever used sustanex? I was told that is a compound with 4 different kinds of test...Im thinking about using that for my test. Also last time i did experience some hair loss...anything i could use to prevent that? Lastly last time i was not able to get hcg, and I saw that one of the pharmacies advertised here has it... has anyone used it? i mean is it legit?

Give it some time back in the gym training and dieting HARD before running a cycle...

At your size, what you need is more food.

As for supps BIG BLAST, Dermacrine, UNLEASHED. And did I mention more food?

Lift heavy. Sleep more. Learn how to become a bodybuilder before taking gear.
 
So, from what I gathered your current weight is 164, you haven't worked out in 4 months and you thnk steroids is the answer?

Bro, get a diet together. I marvel at people under 200 lbs and over 6ft that want to use juice to compensate for a lacking diet.

You could gain 30-40 lbs in a year without anything besides food and protein supplementation. It wouldn't all be lean though mostly, but you could be at 200 by next year. You will have far surpassed your previous size and strength with some decent discipline and work at the kitchen table.

Do what you want, but I think you need to get in the gym, work hard at lifting and eating, get something going for you for a good year and then move to the juice if you must.

Listen to this.....take his advice and you will be thankful in a year. Learn to gain without gear first before shutting your body down!!!

Also, let me add, if you use steroids as a replacement for hardwork and dedication, you will NEVER reach your goals. You will always shrink off cycle and weaken, and never get anywhere ever. If you have a solid diet, and solid training, you can go far WITHOUT steroids. Add juice to a mix of good diet and training, then you get to be a freak.

Until you diet and train properly, you're paddling on one side of the canoe going in circles and ending up nowhere.
 
Take it from a formerly very thin person dude, I was 6'5 and 170, just eat right, learn to live like a bodybuilder, THEN juice in a few years if you plateau out. Very solid advice here man, and welcome to EF.
 
Im 6ft and started lifting at 165lbs!!
didnt started to juice till I was 220...eat bro and lift medium heavy..but most important thing is to eat!!
You selling yourself short bro, litteraly in one year I went from 165 to about 195 from just eating till I could eat no more and lifting.
 
My diet right now its probably poor, but when i train i consume about 4000 calories...in between food and protein shakes... the highest my body fat has ever been is 10%....

for some ppl you have to eat over 3k a day every day. U lucky you can keep your bf that low, but remember u still have to eat to gain year round. Once you have build muscle you need to keep it ...yet more calories.
