Mc Donald's Big Mac

540 calories, 260 carbs, 29 grams of fat, 25 grams of protein.

So, they got one of these Mc Donald's right next to my gym. 3.75 for two of these big macs.

I've been getting the 2 for a few days now everytime after i lift and eat it for a PWO meal.

I KNOW its bad. I KNOW you dont want fats like this after working out.

I need someone to verbally kick my ass and tell me to stop doing this. While you're at at explain to me why I shouldn't drink beer and eat all around shitty.

I get good calories in, 4 - 5k with high protein...But I'll admit my diet has gotten bad lately.

If anyone is bored, verbally kick my ass please.

Just gotta get it sorted out bro. If you have to prepare a meal and bring it with you, then do that. Pretty much anything is better than McDonalds.

don't be hating, with long tern consumption of that much fat, and the inevitable build up from plaque due to triglycerides in your blood stream, the ED condition you experience won't be from AAS use, but from that..

So, keep eating like that so that I'll look that much better than you this summer.. after all, your girlfriend won't say

"Dang that' guy's like 48 and looks way better than you, I wonder if he's taken"

thats not always true. my girl loves my 20% bf. she loves the muscles to but she says the gut is a plus. she dreads contest look.
 
Or bro you could go get double quarter pounder with cheese, medium fries and strawberry milk shake. I dont know about size portions in the US but in the Uk that all adds up to:
1510 calories
58 grams protein
150grams carbs
75grams fat
