Of my views on pot.

I just wanted to let ya all know, that yeah, even though its a transgression that I like to smoke the pot before I go to bed to chill me out, I'm really not that bad of a guy.

i wont hold it against you, Ariel. but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. some people will likel it, some will hate it and others (like me) wont care either way. just roll with it.

one of my buddies back home is a dedicated weed smoker. . .always has been. . .great big old bear of a guy. . .he and randy couture were roommates in the army. . .he was a world champion sambo wrestler. . .big old walking, talking suburban legend. . .the last time i was home, he was over at my brother's house and we were drinking some beers and he said "ya know man. . .they say smoking pot ruins your memory. . .funny thing. . .i've never forgotten to get high". . .then he just laughed and laughed. . .

I dont know how you lost an ef friend to that, but its stupid that people judge people for smoking pot. I also hate/love the stereotype of pot smokers. I know many who are smart and successful....you seem like a very smart guy.....who cares if you light up at night to chill out....enjoy yourself...its your life...do what you want with it.

Thats what I was thinking too.
I mean its a boring drug, you get blunted, in reality it doesn't make you any more creative or anything like that. Like it sound like Ortiz can function betta blunted at times though, not true for me.

he's a very interesting person and has lived quite a life. . .he's a union glazier by trade but he probably could have been just about anything he wanted to be. . .he and his wife live back in the woods, on top of a mountain on quite a few acres of property and it's just the most interesting place. . .in addition to growing his own, he raises chickens and ducks, he keeps several hives of bees, he's got a monstrous garden and he's always making his own wine or beer or whiskey. . .

You will find most people have dumb opinions about things.

This sounds like one of the most interesting, kewlest guys you could meet.
I have so much respect for peeps who grow their own, or have a winery type thing going. So much patience, dedication, care, they learn and understand the law of process and nature. To me that subtly means they have developed an understanding of life and respecting others.
