i did.. but i was running 750 test e for 8 weeks and wanted to up the dose do to not making more gains, after all.. more is better right??
only increased the sides, and fat gain/water retention..
I actually advocate smaller shorter doses, but if you are younger, eating well, and growing, there is no need to increase the amount..
remember it takes time to strengthen ligaments and tendons..
