i'm about to hit up some deadlifts in the gym. i'm walking there. no shit.
every 3rd or 4th back workout, i forget the barbells and weight plates. instead, i find a short (no taller than 5 feet) guatemalan male, or indonesian female to do reps with. if i'm pulling, i stack 2-4 together. sometimes it's a pain to keep them from falling all over, without rope.
if there's one thing you should take away from this post, it's the importance of rape.
