Elevated levels of Estro, need help

Hey, got a little problem here. Went to a doc to check my blood and found out that i have aprox. 25% higher than normal estro in my blood. D: Though my test is okay, higher end of normal .

NB! Never used any steroids before :) though planning to do in 6 mnths time 200mg pw primo.

My question is what should i do now, because doc said i shouldnt worry because thats propably normal levels for me and advised some vitamins. I dont like it, cause it causes problems with libido and very mushi mushi feelings if you know what i mean. Also puffy nipples. I have provi, nolva and clomid.

Should i take little of them or not ?

Age 21

i would steer clear of the nolva/clomid and go with aifm if you really want to negate it. but like your doc said it's prolly normal. probably your best option is to run dermacrine/sustain or something like that, and throw in the proviron at 25mg ed. this will give you some anabolic effects and keep estrogen under control and the proviron will help with libido. proviron is pretty much useless on it's own but you could give it a shot i suppose. good luck

Thing is it's not normal for low libido age at 21, having a little bloat, puffy niples and such and such.

So you say proviron wont help me supress estro and keep it that way? Any ideas ?

I dont think it's good idea doing steroids when having elevated estro or ?

First off, according to forum rules, you're a bit on the young side to be taking anything in the realm of roids. You're system should be providing you with more than enough test as was indicated by your doctor (you did say he said your test levels were moderately high right?) With that being said, Proviron is a steroid so you might want to talk to your doctor about this. Proviron will help in a certain sense (by binding to SBHG) but it's still juice so you will be doing your natural test a disservice by introducing an exogenous androgen, dig?

In short, wait a bit till you start using roids. If you're already having issues with estrogen, you might want to correct that first (how I don't know) before you start messing with your hormonal balance.

Also, I believe it's important to do as much research as possible with all of these drugs so here's a scan of the insert that comes with Schering's Proviron http://i34.tinypic.com/amv1tt.jpg. It's an interesting and informative read so if you are going to put this in your body, the very least you should do is read about it so you are better informed.

i would try 6-oxo or novadex xt. these are bothe supliments sold pretty much every where and both of them reduced my estrogen level pretty good at one point in time. i think right now with no cycle they would work good and help you gain muscle as well. also eating mushrooms, radishes and broccoli are all good for the gyno.

Really? Nelson says that broc raises the estro.

No im not a overweight or a heavy drinker.

Propably in 15% bf at 6' at 170 pounds
I drink once or twice a month so this shouldnt be the problem too.

Eating shellfish (oysters), cruciferous vegetables, including Brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower and especially broccoli, decrease estrogen levels and thus have a protective effect. Broccoli extract, high dose Vitamin C, Vitamin K (alfalfa and leafy green vegetables), niacin (a B-vitamin), and resveratrol also reduce estrogen levels.

Ok, just wanted to clarify because both those things could be a contributing factor and needed to know beforehand.

I am interested your doctor precribed vitamins? Are these B vitamins? Certainly could be beneficial to you.
