Bodybuilding Routines: Post Your Bodybuilding Training For Help With A New Routine

Re: Bodybuilding Routines: Post Your Bodybuilding Training For Help With A New Routin

lol

Crucnhes are what fat people do to get ripped
Oh, yeah...I think I've read that somewhere. Is that what those balls are for? Crunches? Here I've been using them for ham curls to burn out my hams. I learn something new every day. I'm a hoss, I should try those sometime.

A good lower ab workout - lay on a flat bench with butt close to the end, place a weighted ball (I like 10lbs but I know you strong men would need more) between your knees. Hold it tight, it could get dangerous. Lift and lower EXTREMELY slow. Knees are bent the entire time.

It seems like every over weight person at my gym thinks that laying on some bench and doing some goofy motion is going to make their stomach fat disappear. I have heard quite a few of them talking like this, and this is actually what they think.

That is my biggest pet peeve in the gym.... Fat people. Well, not really fat people, but fat people who do everything sitting down. Seated curls, seated laterals, seated shoulder press... if you are fat and need to loose weight, do not do anything sitting down. Now I don't mean morbidly obese people who are doing good by just being in a gym. I mean people who are maybe 20-30 pounds overweight. You got to move. you would be better off loading then unloading the leg press machine three or four times without resting then spending an hour sitting down doing isolation exercises. ok I feel better now that is off my chest...:)

This is the exact ab routine I did yesterday:eek2:

LOL

There is nothing typical of that routine or that guy!!! Did you watch any of his other videos?? His leg routine is sick.

I can do full hanging lef raises but all that other stuff is ridiculous.

The only time when i was serious about ab training was when I did San Shou or Sanda those included some crunches as well but the only thing I founnd crunches useful for was to bedroom performance (no BS).

Now I started abs again on my 5x5 routine.

Re: Bodybuilding Routines: Post Your Bodybuilding Training For Help With A New Routin

okay another question my chest routine licks and i don't know what to add or what to get rid of
here it is:

3 sets flat bb press
3 sets incline db press
3sets flat flyes
maybe the pec deck thing, sometimes i'll try something new but nothings really got me pumped.
I'm bulking so if that matters i dought it does though
