Approved Log Test Anadrol EQ cycle Log

Hey all John Johnson here, I’m excited to start this log and announce I’ll be working with @Sassy Rep @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals.

CYCLE PLANS
I’m just finishing up a mean cutting cycle, so no better time to bring sassy on board and reverse/ make some clean gains!
250-500 test
50 anadrol
200eq
Those doses will be a start , but things will change as we go 🤝🏻

TRAINING
My coach @coach_s has programmed me into a PPL split, this will also change as we go, lately being in a deficit it has been lighter weight with control, but as we up the dose and food, best believe we will be pushing the weight up and improving our compound lifts!

FOOD!
Currently on 2100 cals hitting around 160p 240c 60f
I like to keep the meals clean, some of my favourites are kangaroo meat, chicken breast, rice, spud light potatoes, frozen veggies, bro foods am I right?? Hahah with the occasional sweet treat or cheat meal ✅
Physique , still holding leaness as we up the cals slowly sitting at 76 now, no orals in there right now introduce the EQ so 250 test 125 EQ for now

What’s up all! Back with another update, cals have gone up to 2750 sticking around the 200 protein mark, a bit more relaxed with carbs and fats but won’t go overboard with fats, will continue to time the carbs well pre and post!

Will update with how the weight goes this week, added the EQ to bring my E2 down and man, actually have felt a little slow/ de motivated this week, not bad enough to warrant a change yet, but have been burning the candle at both ends, will persist and put it down to the body adjusting to the new compound/ working harder than ever, but if it persists I will take it as a sign that my body likes the higher e2

Also have been struggling with the cravings, haven’t given in but cannot stop thinking about food every minute of the day.. apparently it’s normal after rebounding after a deficit phase, let me know what you think?

Smashed some cardio this morning, 1hr on the bike, I always try to do extras for cardio especially lately so I can offset it with some more food!! What’s everyone’s cardio protocols look like?

I always try to keep it at a point where I still prioritise recover too
