Approved Log Test Anadrol EQ cycle Log

Here’s a pic of my meal from my low carb day, now carbing up in which I will share some photos this week!

A few questions, why such low calories was one!

Just to clarify for my log, I have just finished a cut, I have been cutting for 12 weeks and went from around 83-74 kgs, this was mostly done on 250 test e, adding 40mg of var and 25mcg clen for the last month to dial in to just under 10% body fat!

Now my plan is to reverse out of this hence why I’ve started the sassy log. The cals will be going up this week as well as the training will change! Keep your eyes peeled as it will be great to try pack on some mass while still keeping in reasonable shape 🤝🏻💪🏻

Lunch today added the macros as well, pretty lean meal after cardio.
I like to have little food in the morning so I can enjoy some more calories later in the day, but as the food goes up, the timing will change too and I will be smashing food all day 🤝🏻🤝🏻✅
Physique looking dry here, going to try keep the abs visible during this build phase, which means lots of clean food and cardio 💪🏻

CYCLE PLANS
I’m just finishing up a mean cutting cycle, so no better time to bring sassy on board and reverse/ make some clean gains!
250-500 test
50 anadrol
200eq
Those doses will be a start , but things will change as we go 🤝🏻

TRAINING
My coach @coach_s has programmed me into a PPL split, this will also change as we go, lately being in a deficit it has been lighter weight with control, but as we up the dose and food, best believe we will be pushing the weight up and improving our compound lifts!

FOOD!
Currently on 2100 cals hitting around 160p 240c 60f
I like to keep the meals clean, some of my favourites are kangaroo meat, chicken breast, rice, spud light potatoes, frozen veggies, bro foods am I right?? Hahah with the occasional sweet treat or cheat meal ✅
Alright everyone a little update!!

The 12 week cut is over, we ended on 73.5 as the lowest weight, myself and coach decided there’s not need to go further as the goal was to rebuild , reverse and recomp!



So it begins, this week was more of a recovery week, kept the steps up, got some bloods done this afternoon so I’m excited to share those results when they come through!!



Up to 2400 calories and will slowly titrate up to try and keep the physique tight, and man, I can admit I’ve struggled with cravings this week! Have done more cardio to offset eating some extra, and have stayed on target, but man, all that food available now makes me want to pig out 😆



Anyway we won’t! Will update you all on the bloods, will start pushing some more weight as the food/ dosages starts going up!! Keen to build but will keep it slower so we can maintain that aesthetic 🤝🏻🤝🏻🤝🏻

While I know some will have opinions myself and @coach S are very happy with these, did not do them fasted so that is to be considered, remember this is my results from running 250 test, 35mcg clen and 40mg var daily, 60mg for the last week or so, there will be little adjustments to improve these again but nothing crazy

Notably my E was high however 0 side effects from this,

The plan now as we rebuild is to stick with 250 test, up the food slowly and introduce 125mg EQ, the other compounds will come but taking time to build and get the most out of low doses
