Dropped some inflammation off and was 100% on with nutrition this last two weeks

Also got some bloods done, pulled Wednesday morning, fasted at around 7am, last pin was the night before as I pin 5x a week
Results came in, this is after 3/4 weeks on Odin labs oils 🤝

I also have ordered a Garmin watch to start tracking my sleep, as I have been charging my Apple Watch while sleeping but I also track steps with it, so I’ve opted for a more accurate watch for my metrics with far better battery life and less distractions haha
