โ˜‘๏ธ EF log update: Sunday - Back + Calfs

๐Ÿ’™ HAPPY SUNDAY EF BROSKIS, hope yall had killer ass weekends if you got them!

๐Ÿ”ฅ Sunday session was straight fire this morning, energy high as fuck and output if matching it right now. My new back movements tend to have an emphasis on upper back over lats as thatโ€™s one part we need to focus on.

๐Ÿฎ Added a sneaky 3 sets of cals at the end of the back session - Iโ€™ll try get the little fellas juicy over the next 12 months - currently a total of 7 working sets for them a week.

๐Ÿงฌ Hammies were all veins this morning thanks to @Raptor Labs when doing the calf raises, not that you can see because of the tattoos

โœ… EF log update - Tuesday - shoulders + arms

๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ 4am fire ass session this morning with shoulders and arms, feeling so good each session now from the previous diet fatigue.

๐Ÿงฌ Body composition is changing each week since calories have been increased, skin is sucked in and mid section way tighter at the same time weight is now going up and muscle bellyโ€™s are filling up. Excited as gear and food still low and weโ€™re only at week 2 of my push phase!

๐Ÿฆ Iโ€™ll have some physique photo updates in the next week or so once I can have a bit more of a comparison, however coach @R. AP said itโ€™s night and day visual difference already so that gives me great hope.

๐Ÿ๐Ÿš same post workout meal as always - currently not having any divination on my meal plan so I eat the same things and at the same time daily - and obviously I enjoy this as itโ€™s my choice to be consistent.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Fav day of the whole week: 4am leg session out the gate!

โ˜ ๏ธ New programming and first block has a major emphasis on hamstrings and adductors currently, and today all numbers were up again, only the 3rd session with new program and all numbers and failure sets are up.

๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ Each session my only focus is to improve on my movement patterns and my ability to go far beyond what I think I can execute at

Anywas this was: cinnamon chai oats, whey, caramelised bananas, winter berries, crushed almond and pecan crumble, and vanilla cottage cheese whipped.

Have not idea how it tasted, Iโ€™m assuming good ๐Ÿ˜‚

12k every day my bro ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ keeping everything ticking over right this second. Steps are separate from cardio, the hiit rounds are only short and for heart health ๐Ÿ’š

that wasnโ€™t my meal bro, I only eat my meal plan. Just something fun I made lol
