Had a good training session today. I probably should have went for 315 on the close grip bench but decided to keep it at 305. Last time I did 315 was 2 months ago and 17 lbs heavier so I think I can still get 315 for sets of 3. I am excited as hell to see where I am at in another 4-6 weeks when I decide to end this cut. I am considering going a full 16 weeks or whatever it takes for my wife to see a good enough amount of weight loss to end it. I am willing to prolong and just keep on cutting if things keep on stripping away as well as they are right now. All I can say is that the rebound effect I am going to have will be off the charts. It will be right in the middle of the holiday eating season. Ok everyone have a good weekend and see you all back on Monday for Squat day!!!

Had a good training session today. I probably should have went for 315 on the close grip bench but decided to keep it at 305. Last time I did 315 was 2 months ago and 17 lbs heavier so I think I can still get 315 for sets of 3. I am excited as hell to see where I am at in another 4-6 weeks when I decide to end this cut. I am considering going a full 16 weeks or whatever it takes for my wife to see a good enough amount of weight loss to end it. I am willing to prolong and just keep on cutting if things keep on stripping away as well as they are right now. All I can say is that the rebound effect I am going to have will be off the charts. The thing ive noticed is the leaner I get the better the sex gets. My wife is getting a lot hornier so I want to take advantage of the situation. 😂

Treadmill 35min

Had a really good push session today. Got out 3 sets of 5 with 315 on Incline Bench. Decided to go up and test my strength and got out 1 rep with 335 which is a massive PR for me. I am shocked at this since I stopped taking TNE and Anadrol on Tues. I expected to lose some strength but low and behold I just keep getting stronger each week no matter what I take. Since I am no longer taking the TNE I am increasing my Test Cyp dose to 600mg per week which is close to the amount needed in order to replace what I am no longer taking. After a few weeks of being off the anadrol I will be adding in Tbol and anavar to finish off the last 7-8 weeks of the year. So this is my current cycle until I add in the var and tbol.

Had a good back session today. Decided to skip deadlifts as we squatted heavy this week. Hit a couple PR on lifts today so that was exciting. Weight is starting to strip away now that the anadrol is out. Should be below 239 sometime next week. Today will be a challange to eat 2000 cals as ive only had about 600 cals so far and dinner isnt for another 90 min. Ok everyone have a good weekend!!!
