I haven't trained in them yet but when I tried them on I couldn't feel my knees. I hope these give this old man some extra years of training. I used to use powerlifting wraps on my heavy stuff bu I wanted something to give support that I could wear for an hour straight during my leg workout.

I wouldn't use them for your entire workout. They will weaken the muscles and ligaments surrounding the knee joint. Just use them on your heaviest sets.

For daily pain relief, I would use a topical cream like rub A535

I take it you aren't 43 years old. I'm using them because every set is painful even starting with my warmup weight. When you are in enough pain you will wear anything that just lets you continue to train.

Then you definitely need to take more drastic measures, if the things with your kneed are so bad. Personally, I would recommend you to use a stack of N2Joint RX, Ostarine MK-2866, and Nutrobal. These three compounds would be the game changers for you.

For many years I have been having some serious tennis elbow issues, which would not allow me to workout. In fact, the pain would sometimes get so intense, that I could not even open a door. During all those years nothing would help me. Then I have tried the stack of ostarine and N2Joint RX, and let me tell you that I was amazed with the results. My elbows got well rather fast, and now they feel like new. Basically, thanks to this stack I was able to start working out with full force again. Therefore, I can personally vouch for the effectiveness of this stack. Wish I knew back than that I could also stack in there some Nutrobal Mk-677 for more enhanced results - who know, maybe my recovery would go even faster.

I didn't realize your age. I am sorry.

My advice was more just for the general lifter. I see young guys in their 20s using knee wraps, sleeves etc for every set of every exercise when they don't need them. It's not a good idea because it'll reduce the joint strength.

I would definitely try the healing stack of ostarine, n2jointrx, fish oil, and nutrobal. These compounds and supplements will actually work to heal the issue in the knee. If there is serious damage then they can only do so much however. As for the knee wrap...I say if it helps with the pain then use it. Much better to be safe and be able to lift longer than not use it, be in pain, and possibly do more damage.

This actually might help. As for knee wraps - maybe they are wayyy to tight for you to wear it throughout the whole workout

I fell into the trap of using real knee wraps on every set except warmups when I first started lifting. I developed such a strength imbalance that There was 125 lbs. difference between what I could squat with wraps compared to no wraps. I was completely handicapped without my wraps. After almost a year of frustration I started squatting without wraps. It was almost like being a beginning lifter again. Now I can only get an extra 20 lbs. out of a set of good powerlifting knee wraps. I wore the knee sleeves for the first time tonight and they allowed me to squat with free weights for the first time in a couple of months. Then I did some leg presses and leg extensions.

If you wear your knee wraps powerlifting style you have about 2-3 minutes before you lose circulation in your calves. I made the mistake once at a meet and wrapped too soon. Then the spotter/loaders screwed up and put the wrong weight on the bar so I had to wait even longer for my lift. By the time I got under the bar I couldn't feel my legs and was unable to walk out of the rack with the weight. I had to just pass on that attempt.
