First time SARMs Triple Stack- Log

quality over quantity... sometimes you have to sacrifice a little strength to do the perfect form... you will get much more out of really focusing on perfecting your lifts... its so much harder when your doing things the right way, with the right form...

Thanks Dylan. My rats using quality products, so hes focused on quality workouts and muscle growth. No sense in wasting time or money and developing bad habits.

Didn't get in my planned sparring session today so I went for a trail run instead.
2.75 miles at an average of a 9:30min pace.. with a 279ft climb in elevation. Endurance felt great and I will definitely up the distance next time (was constricted for time today).
 
Week 2 summary: My rat's endurance continues to grow, and is upping the intensity of his workouts to keep the gains coming. So far he has suffered no S4 sides and has upped the dose to 60mg ED, split doses. Muscles are looking more full and defined and bodyfat seems to be diminishing. Very happy with the results being that its only week 2!
 
just wait until about week 8 bro... each day and week you are going to see more and more progress... everything will continue to progress... keep the great updates coming, stay focused and consistent and your going to be extremely with pleased with the results...

Thank you brother! I won't disappoint. Also, I've posted about it before, but my next cycle is going to include primobol dex, oxandrovar, and letrozone... so if you want a dedicated logger.... *hint hint* haha.

Training note: Todays workout felt good. Deadlift was definitely my weakest point, so I will be definitely focusing on that in my future workouts. On a GREAT note my rat stepped on the scale for the first time since the day before he started his sarms cycle. starting weight was 205... today he weighed in at 204! I was elated to see this being that he has had noticeable fat loss and a very good increase in muscle definition and an increase in size... and its only the second week. Feeling AWESOME about that... its a huge motivation to push harder.
