insulin tips

lets be honest the pro's use insulin from the time they wake till their last meal. the normal joe doesn't need to do this. just run it once a day and cycle it after your workout to help shuttle in nutrients after your workout. the difference is AAS are active in the body 24/7 and insulin is only active for a few hours during the day. so this is where a lot of guys get confused

99% of guys though don't need it, including me.. i have recently experimented with it twice in the past year because that is what I do.. EXPERIMENT, plus i bought a bottle of the shit so might as well use it and see what happens. for everyone else though N2slin does the same thing but it is natural and i would encourage anyone interested in insulin to give n2slin a shot first and learn the ropes

insulin is highly anabolic and does build muscle. you are wrong there good friend.

Yep, he's horribly wrong. I will break it down real quick how it works, not because you don't know, so he will know, and the simple fact that I don't feel like dealing with him.

Insulin is a partitioning agent. A "shuttle" to be exact.

Picture insulin as a bus. Nutrients board the bus, and insulin pulls away and drops off the nutrients at the proper bus stop. That is basically what it does, and for all intents and purposes that is everything anyone needs to know to understand how it works.

Consequently, by insulin shuttling these nutrient where they need to go, it enables anabolism and is therefore anabolic!

Insulin is highly anabolic.... I don't want to use it because I feel I still have a lot of mileage to get out of working out with a strong diet and AAS....

by anabolic i mean builds muscle tissue, and IT DOES NOT BUID MUSCLE BY ITSEF.
Insulin is anti cataboic it prevents muscle protein breakdown, it does not STIMULATE mps, remeber i said stimulate.

Read this study,
Mechanism of insulin's anaboli... [Am J Physiol Endocrinol Metab. 2006] - PubMed - NCBI

Maybe your definition of anabolic is different than mine but if you think insulin can directly build muscle which is what you're saying is completely false, only amino acids (specialy leucine) can stimulate mps.

the first line says that its an anabolic hormone. so what exactly are you argueing again?

secondly studies don't mean shit. guys who read studies and run hormones based on them are like virgins who read sex books or watch porn. you won't learn shit about something unless you do it. nor is some geeky scientist at some 2nd rate university capable of teaching any experienced juicer about AAS or hormones in general.

insulin shuttles nutrients into the muscle, if you are in capable of growing more muscle from that then you aren't taking advantage of it pure and simple.. i would imagine lots of diabetics who take insulin fall into this category. and i would imagine a lot of them also look like shit to have ended up getting diabetes in the first place.

having said all that yes i can partially agree with you that just like running any hormone a lot of guys won't get anywhere on it. you can't just inject some insulin or test or primo and magically build muscle. there is a method to the madness.

No, you need to do your homework, insulin is not anabolic, it doesnt build muscle tissue, if it were anabolic you could eat carbs and build muscle, people misunderstand what insulin does, i know you probably read that somewhere on the net without researching what it actually does..

Insulin increase amino acid uptake and its highly anti catabolic to muscle tissue, thats why it so effective, but it comes with a price, FAT gain.

How do you think AAS works?

You can take as much of any compound you wish ,but the most anabolic substance you can put in your body is "FOOD".
