insulin tips

insulin is best used when bulking it keeps the muscles full, also be careful with the amount of simple carbs consumed after injection you will get fat as f**k, start at 2iu's immediately after workout .. unless u live within 5min from the gym bring it with you in an ice pack, you will feel tired after taking it, expect stomach to get bloat. check out boston lyod insulin video on youtube he explains administration of it. last tip UNLESS YOU ARE COMPETING dont do it dude YOU CAN DIE.

Lol. Insulin is the most "anabolic" agent on the planet. You need to do your homework, junior..

No, you need to do your homework, insulin is not anabolic, it doesnt build muscle tissue, if it were anabolic you could eat carbs and build muscle, people misunderstand what insulin does, i know you probably read that somewhere on the net without researching what it actually does..

Insulin increase amino acid uptake and its highly anti catabolic to muscle tissue, thats why it so effective, but it comes with a price, FAT gain.

Like I said, go do your homework.

ya lost me.. isn't anti-catabolic = anabolic?

yes you can gain fat on it but the key is eating clean, its an excellent nutrition partitioner much like tren and every other AAS to a lesser degree.

but yes we agree most guys just don't need it. if you are 6 feet tall and 155 pounds then you definately have no business using it much less any other hormone.

No, anti catabolic means it prevents muscle from being broken down, anabolic means to build up, specifically muscle tissue, Insulin also has an indrect effect on protein synthesis, it will accelerate MPS (muscle protein synthesis) and prevent MPB (muscle protein breakdown), the reason its recommended to consume carbs + protein post workout is to prevent MPB by releasing insulin and to increase MPS from amino acid.
if you're insulin senstitive, then yes you can increase nutrient partitioning to favor more carbs being stored in the muscle than fat cells, steroids greatly increase glycogen synthase and make better use of calories being stored in the muscle.

There is a good reason why we dont usually entertain Insulin discussion here, the shit is seriously dangerous.
Not sure why this thread is still rolling...

What is your reasoning for wanting to add insulin in your next cycle?

Yep, just like steroids aren't enough, not only you increase your risk of dying, you also can mess up your thyroid and may be on insulin the rest of your life.

The issue is the pancreas has a negative feedback loop that stops excess insulin from being secreted. A human pancreas
Isn't designed to secrets the amounts of insulin necessary to build muscle. Its purpose is to regulate blood sugar....
