insulin tips

im in the middle of doing my homework but next cycle im going to start doing insulin. Any tips to make the most of it would nice.

Get a glucose meter and have a doc on call. Start very low and gradually increase. A mistake with slin could be your last so be smart and have someone you trust close by incase you need emergency medical help.
 
im just doing my homework now, a few guys i lift with are using it with great results but im a stickler for info before i get started on anything. Just going to do it post work out, start slow. From what i read its pretty much
take it right after workout
take shake with carbs and protein right after
then a very clean meal after an hour and another as soon as you can after that

The best tip I can give you is stay away from insulin. I've had clients (and myself) nearly die from it, it's dangerous. 1 mistake can lead to a coma or serious sides.
 
Insulin is a big risk for what essentially can be achieved by eating more carbs.
 
There is absolutely no reason to use insulin unless you're an ifbb pro making a living out of it.. The dangers outweigh the benefits by a mile, its not anabolic like steroid so it doesnt buld muscle, but it is extremely anti catabolic, way more than testosterone, thats why the pros use it, its stupid and dangerous.

Lol. Insulin is the most "anabolic" agent on the planet. You need to do your homework, junior..
