Running Test with SARMS

Hey all, long time workout peer with a few questions.

Im 32, 5'10" 182lbs
about 15% BF, generally well fit and have done 4 cycles over 3 years in mid 20s consisting of sust with eq, dbol deca and winny, winny eq and clen, test e and eq. Used Adex and Nolv in the past with Clomid as PCT (usual for 7-8 years ago)
I am setting up a cycle and want some input as the AI, PCT, ancillary game has changed in the last 7 years.

Goals: Gain 10lbs lean muscle and lose 3-4% BF

Workout regimen:
Mon- Chest with 30 min cardio 65% HR, Core
Tues- Back with 30 min cardio 65% HR
Wed- Legs, Core
Thurs- Shoulders with 30 min cardio 65% HR
Fri- BIs/TRIs, Core with 30 min cardio 65% HR
Sat- 1 hour cardio 65% HR
Sun- 1 hour cardio 65% HR

Diet: Generally whole foods, protein drinks and bars, no cheat days but random cheat meals

Cycle:
Test Cyp 600mg/wk WK 1-12
Anavar 60mg/ED WK 4-12
HGH 4IU M-F WK 1-52 or Longer
Aromasin 12.5 EOD WK 2-12
GW501516 10mg/ED WK 4-12
Ostarine 25mg/ED WK 4-12
AICAR 50mg/ED WK 4-12
S4 75mg/ED WK 4-12
Albuterol 6mg AM/PM WK 8-12
Keto 1mg/ED WK 10,11
HCGenerate 5caps/ED WK 6-17
Forma 5pump A/P WK 6-17


PCT:

Also may add Primo 600/wk for 4-12 if I can get hands on some

Now I have all of the above and have read some synergistic effects from each but am not sure if exogenous Test will also be synergistic or if should amend this cycle in some way. I figured the SARMS I chose would help with some cutting towards the end of my cycle. Any and all critiques are welcome, we all learn from asking questions and replies. Thank you in advance.

Can you not lose some b/f naturally first? If your 5' 10" and 182lbs you should be able to gain more weight naturally IMO.

I have lifted with protein, creatine, OTC supplements and a clean diet for 4-5 years and even increasing calories i have not been able to gain without additional adipose. I hear what you are saying, and if I had a "9-5" I might be able to, but I have 3 months I can train hard before I go 'abroad', I would love to build a strong base so that I can maintain with a regimen over the next year. Thanks for the reply.

have you run SARMS before??

Have not run SARMs before. Have researched for the last 2 weeks, but have not found anything specific if it would be synergistic with exogenous compounds or would be wasteful. With everything that I have, is there a better setup to run? Thanks for the input guys.

the very first thing i notice that jumps right out at me is that your wanting to start s4 at 75mg... i'd give you a week tops before you get vision sides starting at that dosage with no prior experience and then you will have already set yourself back... as a first time user you should never start off with more than 50 mg...

for me, i would run sarms as a bridge in between your cycles... that is where they are most optimal... for a cutting test run i would recommend a tbol kickstart with anavar or winstrol on the back end... then once you complete pct, run the sarms stack... you can run sarms with a test cycle and have great results, but why not utilize them as a bridge instead?

I appreciate the input, I will try to get tbol to add to the beginning and take out the SARMs and use them as a bridge or separate SARMS only cycle like you had in another post. Also definitely reduce the dosage of S4 as you said.

Would helladrol be a sufficient replacement for the tbol? having a bit of trouble getting tbol.
