Hey all, long time workout peer with a few questions.
Im 32, 5'10" 182lbs
about 15% BF, generally well fit and have done 4 cycles over 3 years in mid 20s consisting of sust with eq, dbol deca and winny, winny eq and clen, test e and eq. Used Adex and Nolv in the past with Clomid as PCT (usual for 7-8 years ago)
I am setting up a cycle and want some input as the AI, PCT, ancillary game has changed in the last 7 years.
Goals: Gain 10lbs lean muscle and lose 3-4% BF
Workout regimen:
Mon- Chest with 30 min cardio 65% HR, Core
Tues- Back with 30 min cardio 65% HR
Wed- Legs, Core
Thurs- Shoulders with 30 min cardio 65% HR
Fri- BIs/TRIs, Core with 30 min cardio 65% HR
Sat- 1 hour cardio 65% HR
Sun- 1 hour cardio 65% HR
Diet: Generally whole foods, protein drinks and bars, no cheat days but random cheat meals

Anavar 60mg/ED WK 4-12
HGH 4IU M-F WK 1-52 or Longer
Aromasin 12.5 EOD WK 2-12

Now I have all of the above and have read some synergistic effects from each but am not sure if exogenous Test will also be synergistic or if should amend this cycle in some way. I figured the SARMS I chose would help with some cutting towards the end of my cycle. Any and all critiques are welcome, we all learn from asking questions and replies. Thank you in advance.
