the bottom number is what counts as led said. also most doctors test blood pressure once and then determine your blood pressure, when you should test it multiple times over the course of the day to really get an accurate number. in other words doctors are lazy and use machines to test bp and not do it manually to get a more accurate picture.
having said that all AAS, some more than others, WILL most certainly elevate your blood pressure. AAS that are harsh on the body or cause excessive water retention are the main culprits. I encourage anyone before running AAS to mantain body fat below 15% and also make sure you are heart healthy.
