The thyroid is what allows for fat to be used for fuel. WHen it works at full blast, you burn more fat and have more energy. Using stims to get false energy just backfires in the long run because once you go off, the metabolism is slower than when you started. The weight always comes back. People who've used ZIP will tell you -- it takes a little longer, but you stay leaner as long as you use it, and you can use it indefinitely.
 
Yeah that kinda sucks. It's not cheap, so you can spend two months paying for the product only to find out it doesn't work. Hope it makes a difference.

If everything is in check, it most definitely will. But don't think that it sucks because it takes longer. What good is dropping 5 pounds in a week just to gain back 6 the next week? ZIP is REAL fat loss -- not just dehydration or weight lost from nervous energy.

Well, I took 4 the first day and i've been sick past 2 days. Got nasoues, stomach got upset, fast hearbeat, fever. I don't know what happened, only other thing I took was my usual t2 and n2kts. I thought I was gonna faint.

I'm almost back to normal now and gonna try it again tomorrow, just 1 pill a day. Maybe I took too much and body went bonkers? Maybe can't stack with 1 scoop of n2kts? Gonna find out this week some more info.

Did you take it on an empty stomach? Try a small meal next time if you did.

Never heard of that before. Then of course, N2kts has a stim effect so if anything, you may have a sensitive reaction to it.

Also, T2 has some of the same ingredients as ZIP (in slightly different forms) plus, it has yohimbe, which will cause irritability.

I'd suggest not taking all 3 at the same time. And yes, take it with food.
 
Okay i'm back on zip! Started with 1 now up to 3 a day. No side effects. Body feels warmer, so I assume that's zip! working.

Now question: How important is 'front-loading'? What does it do? I know it says take 5 per day for first week - so is 3 okay? Or should I take the chances and try to ump it 5?
