Need Help From Experts ASAP!!!
**I need some help from the seasoned veterans/experts on this board please.**
I am going on a tropical vacation in 8 weeks from today so I started working out again 2 weeks ago after 5 months off. Im not terribly out of shape but am nowhere near where i was last year at this time (trim but soft and chubby).
I have been weight training the same as i always have in the past (have done 6 cycles) plus i am doing 6 days/wk of low/medium intensity cardio on treadmill for 45 minutes. my diet is in check. after 2 weeks so far, im getting frustrated as progress seems slower this time for some reason...just started 100mg test prop 5 days ago and am on my 3rd shot so far and will be taking 400mg/wk. at 6 weeks before vacation i will start 400mg anavar/wk.
my question is this: What is the best strategy chemically for me to quickly lose as much bf and gain lean muscle as i can in the remaining 8 weeks? Should i stick with prop/anavar? or add other things as well? Right now i have on hand: test prop, cyp, deca, anavar, and eq. In the past i have always done cypionate and deca then added in winny or anavar and gotten good results, but i dont have the time for that if i want to get really cut in 2 months, do i? PLEASE ADVISE. Thank you guys! Look forward to your knowledgeable input.
