Need Help From Experts ASAP!!!

**I need some help from the seasoned veterans/experts on this board please.**
I am going on a tropical vacation in 8 weeks from today so I started working out again 2 weeks ago after 5 months off. Im not terribly out of shape but am nowhere near where i was last year at this time (trim but soft and chubby).
I have been weight training the same as i always have in the past (have done 6 cycles) plus i am doing 6 days/wk of low/medium intensity cardio on treadmill for 45 minutes. my diet is in check. after 2 weeks so far, im getting frustrated as progress seems slower this time for some reason...just started 100mg test prop 5 days ago and am on my 3rd shot so far and will be taking 400mg/wk. at 6 weeks before vacation i will start 400mg anavar/wk.
my question is this: What is the best strategy chemically for me to quickly lose as much bf and gain lean muscle as i can in the remaining 8 weeks? Should i stick with prop/anavar? or add other things as well? Right now i have on hand: test prop, cyp, deca, anavar, and eq. In the past i have always done cypionate and deca then added in winny or anavar and gotten good results, but i dont have the time for that if i want to get really cut in 2 months, do i? PLEASE ADVISE. Thank you guys! Look forward to your knowledgeable input.

thats the million dollar question man. its not easy to pull this off, takes a lot of strict diet and a lot of hours in the weight room.

I would run a fat burner and run some mast prop/primo

I will say with your pics you look very solid, so really just keep doing what you've been doing to hold onto the mass you have. once you go on vacation its gonna slowly shrink away so you might want to make sure you find a gym at the resort and atleast do some working out there
 
I think your good with what your doing. Just keep a strict diet and work hard through weight training and cardio and you should get good results. Your not that far off so keep on with the Prop and anavar and next time don't take time off. This is a lifestyle, so with that said good luck
 
STRICT diet, high reps/intervals, take something to shed water weight 2-3 weeks before leaving for the trip...

Bro if I was you I would run Test @ 500 per week and Kat. Keep the diet in check and you be g2g!
 
Do two cardio sessions a day. One first thing in the morning on a empty stomache, then one at night 2 hrs before bed. Both sessions 45min to 1hr. I would personally stick with moderate intensity with both sessions. Reasoning, too low, you do not get your heart rate up and burn optimal fat, too high, you will shrivel to nothing....You stated your diet is in check, but how many meals are you eating? That's crucial with burning fat, if you're not already doing this. I would eat seven meals a day every 2 1/2 hrs. I don't like cutting carbs out. However, if you have too, do it....
 
OP, everytime I have taken some serious time off, the first 2-4 weeks are mainly reconditioning. Honestly I usually hold off on enhancement(other than EC) for a while. The reason being is somewhere after week 3 or 4, the muscle memory kicks in and I excell like crazy for a few months. IMO, this is the most thrilling time in my regiment and I never thought about how to make it even better. I think you in for a fun ride soon. Almost jealious.

Personally Fasted morning carbs is all you need 10 hrs after your last meal ,if you have to take some caffeine if blast you way thru it, then this is the Cruical moment the demand for nutrients are at their all time highest so its important to feed the body with a Hi protein, Hi calorie Shake, add 4 tabs of NTBM 'GEAR" to it ,and re-feed in about an hour and a half only not a much,resume normal diet after that, This morning cardio will raise your metaolism thus raising your BMR so you will be a fat burning machine all day.

Come again Radar....I am really not getting what you said. Second, can you get me some discount codes for some"gear"? Also, I have a question about pre-workout meals. I been fluctuating with my times I take my pre-workout meal. I used to eat an 1 hr before WO, then I switched to an hour and a half. Then a half hr before WO.... For some odd reason I like the 1hr before working out then taking some gear and other sups a half hr before I WO. I been doing this crap for 20yrs and I'm still freaked-up about my pre-workout meal (timing). Im in shape, so I feel I can get away with this right now, but I wouldn't do this if I was in need to really cut. What are your thoughts? Kind of doing a "lean bulk."
