I've just set things in motion to get another job. Hopefully the timing will work out just right so that I can make the move in a way that leaves my present employers high and dry. In a meeting today I finally reached the limit of how much stupidity I can take from the owner and the general manager. Arrogant idiots, both of them. They're gonna be seriously fucked when I walk, but I can't burn any bridges until I know the new position is secured.
