Sweet Potato- What's The Nutritional Value???

Does anyone know the ACCURATE nutritional value of 1 cup of Sweet Potato? I searched the net and seen that 1 cup ranges from 140-206 calories, 32-49 grams of carbs, 2-3 grams of protein, and .2-.4 grams of fat. I'm trying to put together a diet to lose some bodyfat.
