Where in the UK are u Tuna Guy, im from the Midlands. I agree, the Holland and Barretts flax is good, if a little pricy. Cost me 11 squid but ive been taking it for a few days now and already my joints feel more lubricated... maybe just my imagination but IMHO its good stuff.
You ever tried any MAXI MUSCLE products... i was using PROMAX for a few months but have since switched to CYCLONE which has some other stuff in like glutamine, creatine and HMB. Any ideas as to if this stuff is good or not. Ive done searches in here but I assume its a UK thing only.
