I play a little hockey and am trying to get into power lifting

5 11

20% body fat (trying to fix this)

WSB style m-w-f-sun
Do some sprinting and stair stuff, and I plan on throwing in some plyometrics soon

I am trying to focus on bring up hams and hips as they are very involved in skating. Currently low carb-high calorie to dump some body fat.

I feel great. I have tried every diet there is until recently when I stumbled on to CKD. I love it. Don't think I will eat any other way.
