Need diet tips

Excerpt: I eat Five or six meals a day. Each meal is about 800 or 900 calories so I'm getting in over 4000 calories a day. I eat mostly carbs and the rest is protein. I have a cheat meal on the weekends usually some ice cream or pizza. And I drink 1 gallon of water a day. What changes would you make here for someone who is trying to bulk. Iím young and skinny

    You have pushed your calories way over maintenance at this point I would start with good clean food and shoot for 500 calories over maintenance and go up from there when it is your new maintenance

    Still skinny on 4000 cals? Eat more

    For a healthier diet, you should choose whole grain breads instead of refined ones. Include greek yogurt in your diet. Don't go shopping without a list, eat eggs for breakfast, increase protein intake, drink enough water. Instead of frying or roasting, bake or fry. This is the best diet I have ever tried before. It will work for you.
