my p.w. shake:

- 1 scoop ProLab Pure Whey prot powder
- 1.5 - 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 banana (for taste)

~ cals = 300
~ prot = 23 g
~ carb = 28 g (from honey) ; 14 g (from banana)
~ fat = 3 g

Should i leave out the banana?? but without it, the shake tastes kinda dull. But i guess i could live without it.
Also, I drink like 3/4 of the shake while i'm working out (just to keep up my energy thru out the workout). and then i finish it afterwards. should i drink it all after, or is what i'm doing ok??

I would double your carbs and protein, unless you're planning on drinking 2 of those. Protein is very little, and to ensure a good insulin spike and to replenish glycogen stores in muscles go for 50g of sugar. I prefer dextrose, all that honey doesn't taste too good.

first off, thanx 2 all of u that replied!!

see i was thinking of making the whole thing bigger, but then again...i'm not too big.
5'2"

But i guess since all of u came up w/ the same suggestion, well i should have more after my workout.
