Help Diet Slip

I slipped on my diet got hungry late at night 11pm and now i feel guilty, didnt go straight to sleep i waited a couple hours but still feel like i ruined a weeks training! is this normal?do i just keep going, i had 2hamburger steaks in brown bread, someone tell me its alright to slip and what i should do the next day?..
 
If it was just a one time thing its fine its actually recommended that you have 1 cheat meal a week. Now remember a cheat meal as in one meal not a cheat day as in eating bad for a whole day. Id say your fine It happens to the best of us. Just dont make a habit of it.
