loosing hair/gaining hair?

im not sure if this is the right forum for this but a few of you guys have discussed hair loss issues before.

im natural but am still loosing out on top and have been using rogaine for a wihle, ive decided to stop using it but while using it i noticed new hair growth on other parts of my body, round my back, arms etc.

now im just wondering if i cut this stuff off now, or after a while to give the 'gaine time to get out of my system, will it grow back? or will it go back to normal?
