PWO premix: Krush Loaded by All Max

Does anyone have any experience using Krush Loaded by All Max? I have been using it for the past few weeks, but not sure if you can actually 'tell' if a PWO shake works for you or not. It doesn't appear to have any protein in it. Shouldn't a PWO shake contain protein?

Actually pre workout drinks hardly even contain protein. Most of the time it's caffiene base to help with energy during workouts. Protein shake before and after training can be a big help in goals. Check out Orbitnutrition and look at their MP Combat protein. Big jug for a good price and solid profile. Hope the Krush kicks in for yah. If it doesn't pan out check out DS Craze. I've been on it for 3 weeks and it kicks my butt all over the gym.

Sorry, I should have clarified, it is for POST work out. Shouldn't it contain protein? It seems to have everything else it needs to have.
